Key Account Manager Home Entertainment Sweden

Preview Networks is a leading European video syndication company distributing entertainment preview content to a network of more than 1500 online media on the web, mobile and other digital media outlets. Preview Networks serves as the single point of contact between the content owners and media by providing a centralized distribution and reporting platform. We work with more than 200 film distributors in Sweden, Denmark, Finland, Germany, UK, France, Italy and Spain. . Venture backed by Sunstone Capital, Preview Networks has offices throughout Europe. The business language is English, although of course your day-to-day contact with clients will be in Swedish.

 

We are well established in Sweden, which was also one of our first markets. All film distributors uses the platform and we stream around 2 million trailer impressions a month on sites such as MSN.se and Aftonbladet.se as well as on mobile outlets. To take our business to the next level we are looking for a diplomatic, driven and sales motivated person. We are looking for profile that is organized and strong in client management in up- and cross selling but also has an ability and desire to handle new biz and concept selling. Experience in media agency pitching and selling is an advantage.

Your primary areas of responsibility are:

  • Building and maintaining a close and mutually beneficial business relationship with the Swedish Home Entertainment distributors
  • Grow our media network in Sweden
  • Upsell and cross sell to your client base

The ideal candidate:

  • Has previously worked in online media sales or for a PR or media agency
  • Has a proven track record in sales and has an entrepreneurial spirit
  • Is an inspiration for others in selling
  • Has a positive outlook
  • Is well informed and interested in the latest trends regarding online marketing
  • Is an Internet super user and tech savvy
  • Has a basic understanding of web programming language
  • Can communicate with publishers, webmasters, developers and distributors
  • Is able to hold on to many activities simultaneously
  • Has a positive team focused attitude but is still able to work independently
  • Is strong in making an idea into a live service

It is an advantage if you are familiar with the Home Entertainment industry in Scandinavia but it is not a prerequisite. Compensation depends on qualifications and is a mix of base, bonus and warrants.
