The embed player is the perfect solution for film reviewers or journalists as it can be embedded into the article page.
An easy way to create an embed player that fits your needs is our Embed Code Wizard. If you prefer to configure the player yourself you will find all the information you need to get started on this page.
There are two options when embedding a player for a movie:
- Show all clips for this movie (teaser, trailer and extras)
- Show only one specific clip for a movie. This can be for example "Trailer 1".
The solution for embedding either one of these options only differs in one parameter that has to be added to the embed code. In addition you will have to add both your Channel User ID and the Movie ID to the embed code. The Movie ID of the movie that you want to embed can be found in our Movie ID List. You also need to specify the product (cinema/dvd/bluray) and the region code (ch, de, dk, es, fi, fr, it, nl, se, uk) of your country to display the content in the correct language. If you do not have a Channel User ID, fill out the form and you will be able to start trailering in no time!
In this section you will also find all additional player parameters that you can adjust to your preference.
If you want to select a specific clip, for example only "Trailer 1" of a movie, you can do this easily by adding the clip_type parameter to your embed code. You will find the clip type of the video that you want to embed in our Movie ID List. You also need to specify the product (cinema/dvd/bluray) and the region code (ch, de, dk, es, fi, fr, it, nl, se, uk) of your country to display the content in the correct language.
According to the Cisco Visual Index Study, video will account for nearly 90 percent of all consumer Internet traffic by 2013. (Source: Cisco Whitepaper)
